So lovely! It was very dreamy! A fellow Melbournite band that I can never speak highly enough of, "Oh Mercy", supported us and wooed the crowd with their delicious tunes off their debut album before we began each night. So I'm back here on tour with Newton Faulkner and 3/4 of my Australian band - Stuart Barlow (guitars) and Jan Bangma (bass and Scandinavian Royalty representation). We just drove off the ferry into Scotland and are on our way to Glasgow for the show at ABC tonight.

Can't wait to start the headline tour in November. Dates in Paris and Germany have just been added as well!

How goes it? Things are going well in my corner. Oh! That reminds me! Speaking of corners, the corner hotel in Melbourne has sold, not once but twice in fact! So there will be three helpings of musical gypsyness in my beloved Melbourne. The third show is on Monday 7th September, shall you join us?

A bit of exciting news: In October i will be in London and the UK in support of the wonderful Newton Faulker on his next tour. His 'Dream Catch Me' song is gorgeous no? All the dates are on my MySpace

Right now I'm on my way to the rehearsal studio. Yesterday it was sounding lush.. Tour starts next week! Ahhh! Excitement! I want to tell you more but i must be off for we're nearly there!

At least you know you're looking for something. I'm looking for things too, you see, so really there's not a lot of time to chat. I have a song about a duchess, a sprite and a patron-saint to record for the rest of time and a whole lot of melodies to sing down a stairwell. I'm in the middle of making an album and so there are computer files and lists and instruments and cooped-up energy of mine and Anthony Whitings bouncing off everything, so we'd best be on our separate ways.
